At Credit Suisse
Credit Suisse has very graciously welcomed the IEEE Hot Interconnects 2009 conference and its' attendees. They have a beautiful facility with state-of-the-art equipment. We are very grateful for the opportunity to not only network, but to gain ideas and insights into the needs of the Wall Street community.
For Registrants:
Credit Suisse is a high security building. If you register prior to midnight August 22 you will have a badge waiting for you at the security desk upon building entry. Please have your government issued photo ID (preferably a valid driver's license or passport) ready to present. Your event badge and conference materials will be downstairs where they are hosting the main event. Event hosted meals and breaks will take place in the event area.
Internet access There will be only 40 internet access cards (with usernames) available. They will have to be shared among all of the attendees. Only one person per username at a time.
Electrical outlets for laptops and equipment will be provided in an ante room next to the main conference room for charging. There are NO ELECTRICAL OUTLETS available in the main conference room. Specific power strips will be available for recharging your devices. Please do not use any 'taped' outlets as this may cause an overload in the electrical circuitry and could cause an outage. Thank you. (REVISED 08/14/09)
Hotels in the New York/Manhattan area The following is a suggested list of hotels in the Manhattan area. IEEE nor the Hot Interconnects conference neither recommends nor manages any hotel reservations. There are also no gauranteed block reservations.
